AIS Construction maintains a fleet of specialized construction equipment designed to make difficult jobs easy. Our fleet includes:
Spyder excavators
Seven Kaiser Spyder excavators, including several all-wheel drive models. These machines can walk and climb on slopes steeper than 100%, and can go steeper still under the right conditions. Attachments include rotating grapples, percussion drills, brush mowers and screens.
Cranes/tool carriers
75-ton P&H truck-mounted crane, 25–ton Grove crane mounted on rubber tracks. Both can be fitted with jib extensions and percussion drills to reach inaccessible spots.
Morooka tracked dumps
Three specialized crawler-mounted dump vehicles – two medium and one large. These can be used to haul materials or supplies in extremely rough country or through soft, boggy conditions.
Earthmovers
Deere 750 dozer, Kawasaki Z 80 loader, Deere 490 hydraulic excavator, two Bobcats, 1200 gallon Freightliner water truck, multiple paddle conveyors to move soil on steep slopes.
Hauling
Volvo Class 8 with Landoll low-bed, Peterbuilt crane/flatbed, along with a fleet of pickups, flatbeds and service trucks.
